We want you to be happy with your olive oil. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.
This policy applies to purchases made through www.cortijocoracho.com. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery to certain areas, including some Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, may take longer or incur an additional delivery charge. For delivery costs to the above locations, please contact us so we can find the most cost effective option for you.
Our standard delivery service is 2–4 working days.
Standard delivery costs £3.95.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address, postcode and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address or postcode is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If nobody is available to receive your order, the delivery provider may leave the parcel with a neighbour, leave it in a safe place where authorised, attempt delivery again, or take it to a local collection point.
The options available will depend on the delivery provider and your address.
If you do not collect or rearrange delivery and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange what happens next. Additional delivery costs may apply in some circumstances.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or leaking, you may refuse delivery if you wish.
If you accept the parcel, please contact us as soon as reasonably practical and, where possible, send us photographs of the damage.
We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Certain sealed goods may not be eligible for cancellation once their seal has been broken where the law provides an exception for health protection or hygiene reasons.
If a product has been opened or used, please contact us before returning it. We will explain what options are available based on the circumstances and your legal rights.

We may ask for photographs of the tin, packaging, seal, batch/lot number or best-before information to help us investigate.
Where a product does not meet your statutory rights, we will provide the remedy required by law. This may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
If you are returning an unwanted product because you have changed your mind and a statutory cancellation right applies, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
We will cover reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or where we are otherwise legally required to do so.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning goods.
Where a refund is due, we will normally refund the original payment method.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the period required by law.
Where required, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.
Where permitted by law, a deduction may be made if the value of returned goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Occasionally, circumstances may mean that we cannot fulfil part or all of your order.
