Rooted in backgrounds in environmental protection and mental health pharmacy, we are committed to traditional, sustainable farming practices that protect our centuries-old olive trees while supporting biodiversity, healthy soils, and the surrounding landscape.

We are also creating a safe, welcoming space for disabled and neurodivergent guests, their families, and anyone needing extra support. Our aim is to offer a place where people can truly relax, reconnect, and spend quality time together, with optional tailored support available to help ease caring responsibilities.
